Order Processing and Payment

All orders are processed through form submissions, followed by email confirmation. For in-stock items, full payment is required once the order is confirmed. For commissioned pieces, a 50% upfront payment is necessary to initiate the process, with the remaining 50% due upon completion, prior to delivery. Please expect production times of 6-8 weeks for HEMA protective gear and 2-3 weeks for custom mask paintings, starting from the date of payment. Note that production times for commissioned pieces may vary; such details will be discussed prior to finalizing your order.

Shipping, Damage, and Refund Policy

Shipping is organized on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and I will do my best to resolve the situation. Returns and refunds for custom pieces are not typically accepted due to their personalized nature. However, under certain circumstances, I may consider refund requests for in-stock items that are returned in their original condition.
